Spencer Golden is a fantastic sales person. It started with a phone call where he answered several of my questions without pushing me to come in person, and then he allowed us to text him over the next day until we could drive the hour to the dealership. When we got there he had the car (an EV) ready to go and charged up so that we could drive it the 70 miles home without worry. We were in and out of the dealership with a new car in less than 90 minutes. Mony in finance was so easy to deal with and we never felt that anyone was pushy. Ryan answered our questions about taxes and EV rebates before we could even ask them. Overall the best car buying experience ever. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy, and will be encouraging my Wichita friends to not shy away from driving to Hutchinson for their next vehicle.

Midway Motors in Hutchinson goes above and beyond every time I call them. It only are they friendly and prompt with their service, but they make it so very easy and pleasant. For the past three years they’ve taken excellent care of my car, walked me through the entire process as though I were the most important person on their list, rather than the frazzled mom and nurse who procrastinated and forgot until the last minute to call about regular maintenance. And I know when I get a call explaining what needs replacing, nobody is cheating me- I just don’t have enough nice things to say. I always look forward to hearing from Amber in the service department, she takes great care of me and I know I can trust that my car is good to go after it’s been to Midway in Hutchinson.

I scheduled my car to be serviced. They were friendly and efficient. Showed up for my appointment and left while my car was being serviced. They text me a video of the inspection being performed.
